xearth 0.9 is compiled and installed in outland for suns, decs, and
ibm's.

the new manpage describes all the changes and new features.

Major new featurs:
	grids
	labels
	info
	stars
	magnification
	double buffering
	lots of other cruft
bugs:
	doesn't work on black and white displays
