I've updated the gnuplot plotting program on Athena to 4.2 for Sun and Linux.
To run it now:
add gnuplot
gnuplot -ver 4.2
New features are listed in the help files, accessible from:

http://web.mit.edu/gnuplot_v4.2/doc/pdfdocs (pdf)
This version won't be made the Athena default until after the end of
the current semester.
The new wxt terminal (wxWidget based) is only available for Linux as it
currently won't compile on Suns.
