I've update the Eclipse SDK on Athena to 3.2.1 and made it the default. To run
it:
add eclipse-sdk
eclipse &
From my message to users:
Eclipse on Athena has been updated to release 3.2.1 and has been made the
default.
Please read file /mit/eclipse-sdk_v3.2.1/README.athena in the
eclipse-sdk_v3.2.1 locker for important information about workspace
configuration and extra plugins installed.
IMPORTANT: read the file above before running File -> Switch Workplace.
The same plugins are present as in previous versions, except that we've
dropped Eclipse Colorer because it breaks autocompletion.
The Java version used depends on the "current" link in the
java locker- at this writing, 1.5.0_08. We expect to update this
shortly to the latest available production JDK (1.6.0_x).
We also expect to install the latest Eclipse 3.3 stable milestone soon,
most likely 3.3M4, in a different locker.
