xxgdb installed in the outland locker for Decs and Suns

"xxgdb" is an X interface to gdb. (gdb is found in the outland
locker. It's a symbolic application debugger, like dbx but better.)
xxgdb is a nice interface. It's better than the command-line
interface, although I personally like the emacs interface better than
both of them.
Anyway, I installed it for Decs and Suns. The Dec version seems ok,
the Sun version seems to be having some problems, and the RS6k version
crashes as soon as you run it, which is why it hasn't been installed
yet.
Send bug reports to bug-outland. If you get it to run on the RS6k's,
send a patch to bug-outland.
