New Xaw libs in the xaw locker

So, I wanted to compile a program to use the neXt look and
feel of Xaw, and remembered there was also a win95 and a 3d version,
so:
There is a new locker (xaw) which is designed to let you build programs
normally written to build against the xaw libs with the spluftier looking
versions listed.
instructions on how to compile against those libs are in the locker's
README. They look MUCH nicer, please use them instead of boring old
xaw if you can.
