I have installed a new release (420) of Macsyma on Athena; to run it, do
"add macsyma; macsyma" (for a GUI interface), or "add macsyma; macsyma dumb"
for a TTY interface (that should work over dialup).
New with this release is an SGI version, which we didn't have before.
There is quite a bit of online documentation and I have manuals in my office
if anyone needs to see them.
You will see errors in the console about "invalid icon bitmap", but these
can be ignored.
