I've updated gnumeric on Athena to 1.6.3. From my message to users:

The Gnumeric spreadsheet on Athena has been updated to 1.6.3 for Sun and
Linux (add gnumeric; gnumeric to run it). The prior 1.4.3 release can be run
by doing:

        add gnumeric
        gnumeric -ver 1.4.3

New features and bugfixes can be found by following links from the page at:

http://www.gnome.org/projects/gnumeric/announcements/1.6/index.shtml

The Sun version is missing a few options (including Perl support) because we
couldn't get them to compile properly.
