I've install the 3d Athena Widget Set (version 1.3) in the Sipb locker
for Sun, SGI, Linux, and NetBSD.
The 3d Athena Widget Set is a set of "widgets" (graphical objects like
buttons, scrollbars, menus, etc.) which is source-code compatible with
the regular Athena Widget set. However, the widgets in this widget
set have (suprise!) a 3d effect. It looks neat.
To use it, compile with -I/mit/sipb/include and link with
-L/mit/sipb/lib -lXaw3d.
I have only installed static libraries. I did not install shared
libraries because shared libraries are messy. (For example, if you
linked a program with a shared library in the sipb locker, I don't
know, what would happen if you tried to run the program without the
sipb locker attached. I'm not even convinced it would work if the
sipb locker was attached.)
Enjoy.
