I've installed the Open Office 2.0.2 update. From my message to users:
Open Office 2.0.2 has been installed on Athena and is now available for
Sun and Linux. To run it now:
ooffice -ver 2.0.2 &
We expect to make it (or a newer release) the default during Summer 2006.
It uses the same local configuration directory used by prior 2.x versions,
below ~/.openoffice.org2 in your home directory (actually, an
architecture-specific tree pointed to by a ~/.openoffice.org2 symlink) that
contains about 2.2 meg of configuration files.
pdf manuals have been updated, and a significant number of new ones have been
added (they are accessible at http://web.mit.edu/ooffice_v2.0.2/pdfdoc/).
