I've updated the Qt toolkit/GUI widget set on Athena to 4.1 for Linux
and Solaris. As with the prior 4.0, the qt locker on Athena (and
corresponding version lockers) is split into qt-dynamic and qt-static
(for dynamic and static linking respectively).

at the top level of the qt-dynamic_v4.1 and qt-static_v4.1 lockers.
Launching the "assistant" help browser will quickly lead you to "what's new
in 4.1" information.
