I've updated platon on Athena to release 40505. platon is a
crystallographic computational chemistry application that can perform
a variety of molecular structure computations. It can output data
files in POV-ray and rasmol formats for rendering and viewing
respectively. Documentation is available from the online help
system. To run it now:
add platon
platon -ver 40505 [options] [data input file]
I plan to make it the default version after the end of the current semester.
