infoagents: netscape 3.01 available - to become default soon

Tonight/tomorrow, netscape-3.01 will be available in the infoagents
locker. There don't seem to be any changes between 3.0 and 3.01 that
would cause a support burden. Early next week (probably Tuesday), I
will make 3.01 the default.
When run for the first time, netscape-3.01 sends the following message:
You are using Netscape Navigator 3.01. For more information, see
"Release Notes" under the "Help" menu. If you encounter problems
that are new since 3.0, please report them using the sendbug
program.
To run the previous version,
add infoagents
netscape-3.0 &
