Netscape Atlas (Navigator 3.0) Preview Release 2 is now available in
the outland locker. To run it:
add outland
netscape-beta
Netscape Atlas has lots of new features, too many to describe here.

for all the gory details. This release adds new features, and fixes the
DST caching bug.
Netscape Atlas is installed for Linux, NetBSD, Irix, AIX, Solaris,
HPUX, and SunOS. The CoolTalk demo is _not_ installed, I haven't had time
to figure out how to deal with it properly. Plugin directories are
supported (NPX_PLUGIN_DIR, and default of /mit/outland/arch/@sys/lib/plugins/)
