So, I just sent mail to athena-outage (note, no s; :-) so at this point I'm
only going want actual arguments for not doing the upgrade, rather than
just objections. :-) (not that I wasn't expecting arguments before..)
Also, I think we'll definitely want to only upgrade the database server
processes, on the grounds that changing too many things at once is unwise,
and that you can do the fileserver processes piecemeal.
