Around midnight on 12/29 (the day after Greg rearranges the universe), if
there are no objections Garry and I (well, I'll be doing the typing) will
update the sipb cell database server processes (and probably the file
server processes on the suns) to 3.4a, in order to facilitate the upgrade
of the last remaining decstation to a sparc 5. We'll be using the database
server binaries that have been running in quite happily for quite some time
on my-nefarious-purposes in the zone cell for rb, and the builds that ASO
has been using in production in the athena cell on ra and rc.
