Disk issues are resolved, I need to status sipb-afsreq, but I may not
have time to do so today. This ends up pushing us back a fair bit,
and I think it may be important to do some of this work sooner rather
than later. I will be at IETF next week, making it difficult for me to
do much of it.

"Sorry". In some respects I dropped the ball, but in others the minutae
simply dominated more-so than they really ought to have.

I'd like to begin moving the cell to 3.4a this week, apologize for the lack
of more significant notice, and would like to see commentary from people
with regards to accellerating events from their current velocity.
