Does anybody have an objection to giving nathanw SIPB afs bits.
The main reason for doing this is to facilitate his constant
work on the srvd for NetBSD. He does admit to not having much AFS
clue, but has stated he will not try to do any sort of AFS maintenance
until he learns how to, but then would be interested in doing maintenance.
I think he's responsble enough not to mess up things, and giving
him the bits would make Sipb-Athena for NetBSD support happen
more quickly and more smoothly. Plus, he's generally clueful, so
he will help with AFS once he does learn (I believe).
