I created both volumes (on ronald-ann:/vicepd) and mounted the second
one. I understand that it is athena's current practice to put
seperate versions of a package at the same level in the heirarchy as
the generic package, but I personally dislike this, so I didn't mount
project.gtk_v1.0 anywhere. I'd like to hear why you think it should
be in project rather than project/gtk before it does get mounted in
project, and there are typically enough AFS admins around that you
shouldn't have trouble finding one to `convince'.
I didn't release project at this point, because it didn't really seem
necessary, and I thought that maybe the gtk_v1.0 question will be
resolved quickly...
Also: you didn't specify any perms for the volumes, so right now they
are `nygren:all' and nothing else. The next person to deal with this
issue should consider chown'ing the mountpoint; it wasn't convienient
for me to do that right now.
