Done. I created a group system:hurd to manage the project volume and
put you in it.
(Incidentally, this isn't a "locker" because there's no filsys entry
for it. You'll have to access it through
/afs/sipb.mit.edu/project/hurddev. If you want a filsys entry so that
you can "attach hurddev", that has to go through hesreq. I can give
you the proper form of the request if you want to do that.)
