You've lost me, but I don't think so. He's a new moderator, and his
account should be set up the same way mine is, AFAIK. I'd guess that
accounts set that up without noticing he'd have a home dir in the SIPB
cell. If you agree that that's what it looks like, let me know what
to ask them to fix. :)
