Could you please create the following volumes?
For most of the volumes we expect to get nowhere near the quota
(the current total utilized size is 323 MB), but headroom should make
it easier to add things in the future without needing intervention
from the AFS maintainers. I wouldn't expect the total utilized size
to grow beyond 500MB in the next year or two.
I had considered using a set of 100MB volumes (vol01, vol02, ...)
but Matt Power convinced me that just allocating a bunch of volumes
with headroom would be saner.

give full rights to system:ihtfp-gallery with no rights
to anyone else.
