No local incidents or suchlike. In response to increased frequency of
"fraggle" attacks on the Internet at large, some maintainers felt it
was appropriate to disable UDP echo services on SIPB servers. Doing so
has some unfortunate side effects, and wouldn't be necessary if
directed broadcasts were off instead. I hadn't noticed that they were
enabled until this came up.
