Date: Wed, 4 Mar 1998 15:56:59 -0500 (EST) From: Sam Hartman <hartmans@MIT.EDU> To: sipb-afsreq@MIT.EDU This afternoon, reynelda paniced. I include the interesting bits out of /var/adm/messages below. There was nothing in the appropriate AFS logs (FileLog.old, VolserLog.old, VLLog.old, etc). There was a core from the fs process but it was dated Nov 30 and had no useful backtrace. I was mildly annoyed that the crash dump was not saved. Mail has been sent for all deleted files other than .ircmotd files for sipb0 and mcmullan. I think Greg is well aware that his .ircmotd randomly gets trashed by now.
