I created project.tcl80, a 150mb volume
mounted on /afs/sipb/project/tcl80, for
a phased deployment of TCL 8.0.
I need this for the SIPB IAP Internet
class, and I'm not prepared to deal with
destabilizing the tcl locker, as well as
multiplatform issues.
This will likely get split into multiple
volumes later if the need warrants, but at
present I'm a bit rushed.
