I seem to recall that someone was playing with timed on sipb servers
recently .. just now timed started hosing all the sipb cell servers,
taking up 90% cpu time causing clients to hang. I killed timed on all
three machines.
Was this something new that needs more debugging or have we been doing
what we've been doing and run into a new problem?
