It'd been suggested to wait to put some SIPB servers on the new UPS's
until there was an outage, instead of creating one intentionally for
the purpose of adding them. Since machines were without power
yesterday it seemed like an ideal time to do so, and we did.
We now have an emerson that's not doing anything. Someone may wish to
come up with a "plan."
