I've created and mounted project.perldev and project.perldev.build in
/afs/.sipb/project/ (but not released the project volume yet). Their
sizes are 70M and 50M, respectively, and are for the working version
of the Athena perl locker. I intend to start building perl 5.004
there, then when we ("we" == the membership of system:perldev, which
matches the one in the athena cell) feel ready, we can propagate it to
the athena cell.
