sipb-afsreq:
I replicated the volumes in the new sipb locker, renamed
project.sipb to project.sipb-old, renamed project.sipb-new to
project.sipb, and moved the mountpoints appropriately. The new sipb
locker is now live. After a successful backup, I'll start
dismantling the old sipb locker.
afsreq:
the athena cell copy of the sipb locker will most likely want to
change to reflect some of the changes of the new locker
(specifically, changing the way subvolumes are done). Talk to Sal
or I if you need us to do something for this.

volume-wise, teh new locker looks like:

The sipb.src volume is mounted in the top level. The other volumes
are mounted in the `machtype' directory for easy access.
