As long as we're doing this -- I've been interested in being an AFS
maintainer for some time; I've hesitated to say much since I've gotten
the impression that the AFS maintainers present and accounted for were
sufficient, but recent lossage (esp. wrt backups) suggests this might
not be the case.
I have some familiarity with AFS source code and tend to be around a lot...
