Hi, based on a conversation over zephyr, it looks like you were doing
gimp builds in AFS, and keeping most of the build trees around.
Although there is some very small value in keeping build trees around,
software packaging has generally gotten to the point where the value
is almost nil, and it merely puts an undue load on our disk resources.
Thus, although I can't unanimously set policy for the SIPB AFS
maintainers, I would like to deny this request. Another AFS
maintainer can override me if they think I'm wrong.

If you actually need more than 90MB of space for the sources and
installations, then there's no problem with that; just get back to me
about it.
