I'm not quite sure why this is the case, but the main newtex
locker is duplicated, although none of the binaries are
duplicated. I am going to move the binaries for sun4m_54,
sgi_53, i386_linux2 and i386_nbsd1 into the main volume
(applying the appropriate quota increase). This will cause
these binaries to be replicated, so that a disk crash like the
one we had last week will not cause users to be unable to use
latex.
A few hours after the new volume is released, I will remove
the old binary volumes. Since tex is not a long-running
problems, this should produce almost no user inconvenience.
I will probably get around to doing this around 4:00 this
afternoon.
