	I don't like storing the date in the name because it's already
in a different record in the database.  I certainly think storing more
than the month is wrong.  How about sipb-archive/jan97 (sipb-archive
as the dumpset, jan97 as the level)

	It will not fit on one exabyte; yonah and I wanted to do it
	about twice a year.  DLT tapes store much longer than
	exabytes.


P.S.  I agree with jhawk about how long tapes should eb stored, and
either mhpower or jhawk about user privacy.  I guess I should decide
which one at some point.
