I can do that. At least some of the disks also seem to have problems
on portnoy, and on the first SCSI bus on ronald-ann. And,
unfortunately, I now need to reinstall the machine (a bungled dd
command trashed the root partition while we were testing). Charles
didn't find any evidence on wrongdoing in the sync negotiation (where
he thought the problem was). Basically, we're lost at the moment.
(The disks appear to work fine on deathtongue. I can try them on
limekiller, and again on yaz, I guess.)
