I just created a new group:
> pts ex system:authuser@athena.mit.edu -c sipb
Name: system:authuser@athena.mit.edu, id: -99063, owner: system:administrators, creator: marc.root,
membership: 1, flags: S-M--, group quota: 29.
> pts mem system:authuser@athena.mit.edu -c sipb
Members of system:authuser@athena.mit.edu (id: -99063) are:
nathanw@athena.mit.edu
marc@athena.mit.edu
*Anybody* with an ATHENA.MIT.EDU kerberos principal can now create
themselves a principal in the sipb cell:
> pts createu marc@athena.mit.edu -c sipb
User marc@athena.mit.edu has id 33554439
> pts ex marc@athena.mit.edu -c sipb
Name: marc@athena.mit.edu, id: 33554439, owner: system:administrators, creator: marc.root,
membership: 1, flags: S----, group quota: 0.
this will automagically add them to the system:authuser@athena.mit.edu
group, which can be placed on any acl.
If you didn't know about this bit of afs black magic, ask me, and I'll
tell you about it.
