if people have problems with pts groups in the SIPB cell

On some machines, people may have trouble with the pts
command. (AFS administrators may have additional problems, but they
should already know how to deal)
If you see something along the lines of:
bash$ pts creategroup hartmans:xxx-collection-access -c sipb
pts: not synchronization site (should work on sync site) so failed to create group hartmans:xxx-collection-access
The important part is the synchronization error, not that you
were trying to create the group. You should either become root and
run /etc/athena/config_afs or reboot your workstation.
