Using a script I wrote (/afs/sipb/project/java/userhack/dousers), I added 85
pts entries to the sipb cell. These entries are only to exist short-term; at
the very latest, we should be able to remove them from the sipb-cell pts
database after this term (e.g. IAP 1997).
There was one user (sylee) whose pts id (12179) conflicted with an extant
pts id (named "paradis"; it still owns many files in user.paradis).
There were 9 users in 6.837 who already existed in the sipb pts database
(and thus should not be removed later):

I leave it others to
* deal with sylee in one way or another
* remember to delete these pts entries at some point in the future.
