I believe the problem is ther SIPB's DLT was SCSI 1, not SCSI 0 as I
had thought. I determined this by looking at the /dev/rmt/* symlinks,
and suspect I hidn't have a lot more trouble figuring it out as Sam
did remembering that AIX incantation.
