UPS lossage, server down time

The (lame) UPS that charon, bed, closet, and penguin-lust were
formerly plugged into appears to have died. (i.e. I know it's
getting power, but I don't get any power out of it, and the light
doesn't even come on.) This of course caused all four servers to be
down for some period of time which I could tell you if I could log in
on any of the machines. *GRUMBLE*
Anyway, I have bypassed the UPS and plugged the machines' respective
power strips directly into the power distribution box in the floor.
The UPS is currently located near the window at the other end of the
machine room, where there happened to be a convenient power outlet.
