Hello! I'm not certain this is the correct place to make a request, but
I was directed here.
I was wondering if it was possible for me to become the maintainer of
the zhongwen locker (/afs/sipb/project/zhongwen), which currently
doesn't have Sun or SGI binaries for the Chinese software in it (the
sources are old too). I've been in contact with Joe Wang (joe@mit.edu)
who currently "maintains" the locker, except he's not around much.
Here's the text of his last e-mail to me (I'm listing it because it
concerns the locker and me and isn't particularly private):

I sent an e-mail and zwrites to him after I received the mail (pretty
much within an hour), asking for permissions on the locker and
subdirectories, but haven't received a reply since. Hence, this e-mail.
Any comments, stipulations, denials, etc?
