I renamed foo.nb to foo.bad.nb and recreated them with the same quotas
and top-level acls. I also mounted the .bad volumes in
/afs/sipb/service/restore. Affected are sipb-athena.mobsd.nb and
project.bash.build.nb. I believe this takes care of all the rosebud c
lossage except for user.kcr, which likely just needs another salvage.
