When I woke up this morning, /afs/sipb/project/sipb-athena was
reporting "No such device." The volume project.sipb-athena lived on
no AFS servers in the sipb cell.
I tried restoring from the backup volume, but the vos dump ran into
errors, so that failed. I could rename the backup volume to
project.sipb-athena, but that wouldn't accomplish a whole lot; at this
point, someone needs to restore the volume from tape backup.
Since I have a remarkably bad record with anything involving
tapes.(see [2254]), I'd like to delegate this to someone else.
