4GB disk added to rosebud2

I added the 4GB Seagate disk to rosebud2.  The outage lasted about
fifteen minutes.  I set minfree to 5%; each partition has 1863892
kbytes of space, a bit less than the partitions on the Micropolis
4.3GB disk or the partition on the Seagate 2.1MB disk.
