No the problem I had was that when power cam back it wasn't lettign
any power through.  I don't remmeber anymore, but I think it must have
been after we ran it out of juice.  The problem you had may have been
because it had not recharged enough, but I'm just guessing.  According
to TOm the Emerson UPS' (what we have) take 6-8 hours to reach a full
charge, and should power a full load for 10 minutes if they start with
a full charge.
