Fastcart wanted to build something in his sipb volume, but ran out of
space. Since I was apparently the only sipb system:administrators
person around, I upped his quota from 15 to 20 Meg. (Not that I'm
averse to dealing with such requests, but I'm much less involved with
the management of the cell than some others.)
