Most likely, you need to update your AFS CellServDB. Both SIPB AFS
servers on 18.70 have changed IP addresses.
Your CellServDB should have:
>sipb.mit.edu #MIT/SIPB cell
18.181.0.23 #ronald-ann.mit.edu.
18.181.0.22 #rosebud.mit.edu.
