We might also consider modifying /afs/sipb/project/guests/clean_dir.pl
so that volumes are created with a quota less than the 5 Mb that's the
vos create default. I think this current 5 Mb starting quota for the
accounts was an inadvertent side effect of the change to clean them
using vos remove/create rather than the old "rm -rf" method. They used
to have a much smaller quota (200k, maybe?), and probably because of
that didn't have nearly as many files accumulate in them...
