This is done now. I also modified synclocker and release.sh so that
that mail goes out with "From: root@ronald-ann2.mit.edu" rather
than "From: root", so that it'll be less likely people will reply
to root@mit.edu. A "Reply-To: sipb-afsreq@mit.edu" header is also
included since root@ronald-ann2.mit.edu isn't actually a replyable
address. There are also various other minor changes -- see the
RCS logs in /afs/sipb/machine/ronald-ann/var/local/sync.

This was just copied to /usr/local/bin.

I set up a build tree for krbtgp in /afs/sipb/service/afs/krbtgp: I
checked in the original source from the net-tools locker, Derek's
changes, and one change of my own (using /etc/athena/srvtab rather
than /etc/srvtab) and built krbtgp for (so far, only) the decmips.
