I would like us to upgrade to AFS 3.3A after finals. My main
motivation is getting IP-based ACLs to work, since we are under
pressure from IS to put access controls on third-party software in
places like the NetBSD system packs and the Linux packages directory
(details forthcoming in linux-dev and netbsd-dev). Since
system:authuser doesn't work very well for the SIPB cell, IP-based
ACLs are the best answer (especially because machines want to access
those packs when users aren't logged in).
