I installed it on both office DECs.
Only major change is maxusers=128. We probably want to install this
on rtfm and charon. Whoever does it should remember to
kvar -wl -s turn_off_usrmnt -v 1 /vmunix
after installing it, and to do the appropriate ultrixswap things (I
don't remember exactly what to do) on charon.
