Ok, I suppose we should account for the happy^H^H^H^H^Hunfortunate
case in which the MIT mailhubs aren't reachable at the time the vital
synctree mail is sent out. Anyway, I modified /etc/rc on both machines
and restarted their cron processes with ADDR in the environment.
